We offer a comprehensive range of legal and consultancy services, including advocacy support, policy guidance, risk and compliance consultancy, contract review, and tailored strategic advice for individuals, families, and organisations.
Do you offer an initial consultation?Yes. All clients must implement the consultation process. See our services page for more information.
What happens after the initial consultation?You will be offered a follow‑up meeting to explore your circumstances and advocacy needs in more detail. This allows us to develop a customised support package tailored specifically to you.
Are you solicitors?
No, we are not currently operating as solicitors. Meleter James Law & Consultancy is pending registration to become a regulated firm, and during this period, we continue to offer unreserved legal and consultancy support within the scope of our current status.
Our Independent Consultant provides high‑quality guidance, advocacy support, and strategic advice while we complete the formal registration process.
We do, however, refer clients to our accredited counsel, who can represent at a reserved legal level.
Do you provide legal aid?No. We do not offer legal aid. But we do have a scheme which we give back to those who may fit into these services. There are also various options on the MJLC Scheme, please contact our legal assistants who will guide you through this.
